The New Year will probably bring along new projects and assignments. Don’t let the thought of developing a new training class from scratch, for an entire organization (or large group), scare you. You can succeed in this assignment by following a process to design, develop, and implement a successful training program. This session will include a real life example from a Customer Service program Ashley created and scaled at Transplace across all of their COEs (Centers of Excellence) in North America.

Ashley Ingram is an Instructional Designer and Trainer at Transplace, the 3PL and Technology Company. She designs, develops, and implements both instructor-lead and eLearning courses across the organization. She earned her M.Ed in Training and Development from Penn State University (2014) while she was working for Transplace in Pennsylvania Operations, before she relocated to NWA to move into a Training role. With her formal education in Training and Development and her experience in Operations she brings a unique perspective to Training at Transplace.
