The New Year will probably bring along new projects and assignments. Don’t let the thought of developing a new training class from scratch, for an entire organization (or large group), scare you. You can succeed in this assignment by following a process to design, develop, and implement a successful training program. This session will include a real life example from a Customer Service program Ashley created and scaled at Transplace across all of their COEs (Centers of Excellence) in North America.

By the end of this session you will be able to:

  • Interview SME’s to find the right content
  • Gain leadership support
  • Scale across multiple locations by leading Train the Trainer sessions

Presented By:
