Ellena Stotler (ATD Power Member) is BKD’s Learning Specialist in the National Office Learning & Development Department. Ellena develops non-technical content for live and online training options for internal clients.
Ellena has been with the firm for over three years. Among other duties as assigned, she is the firm’s Crucial Conversations & Crucial Accountability Certified Trainer. She also holds several trainer certifications in content from FranklinCovey®.
Ellena is a graduate of Missouri State University, with a B.S. in Education. After graduating she went on to train preschool teachers for 6 years before leaving to join BKD.
Gennifer Ramsay is BKD’s Curriculum Manager in the National Office Learning & Development. Gennifer provides training and learning development support and services to a variety of internal and external clients.
Gennifer has helped her team achieve national, award-winning status. With more than 20 years of experience in education and training, Gennifer has experience in design, development, implementation and evaluation of many internally developed learning programs.
She is an active member Association for Talent Development, is certified in Criterion-Referenced Instruction and is a certified facilitator in FranklinCovey Speed of Trust®.
Gennifer is a 1989 graduate of Central Missouri State, Warrensburg, with a B.S. degree in secondary education, English, Speech Communication and Theater and a 2011 graduate of Abilene Christian University earning a 4.0 GPA with a M.S. degree in Organizational and Human Resource Development Management.
