The Nonprofit Professional Development Network (PDN) will support the development of nonprofit leaders who are responsible for workforce training and the development of agency staff. NWA-ASTD is a resource that can help meet the training needs of the local nonprofit workforce and those responsible for planing and implementing.

How we can assist:

  • Do you have training needs for your staff?
  • Do you have a training staff?
  • Do you have requirements that have to be met regarding continuing education?
  • Could you use some assistance in assessing your performance needs?
  • Could you use professional facilitators to lead a class, or mentor your own facilitators?
  • Do you have required course or subjects that need to be delivered – we have professional members who can build such classes. 

Who should attend: Human Resource professionals, Program directors, facilitators, and any professional who is responsible for training and/or performance solutions in your organization.

This initial meeting will provide an opportunity for agency representatives to share their training and performance needs. This will also allow NWA-ASTD to integrate those training needs as the board plans programming and services for 2013.
